Match Report Chichester 27-Cobham 41

Cobham too good for third placed Chi

Director of Rugby Steve Pope had to make some late changes with Ryan Saunders in for the Rob Kennard who had to pull out Saturday morning sick in what would have been his 150th appearance but James Clements & Luke Flower were both back from injury.
Josh Brown started at Prop for Ben Joyce who picked up any injury against Brighton last week and Nathan Spratt 1st start of season after injury in pre season.
A prompt and well written match report from Chichester provides an excellent commentary on Cobham's best game of the season so far
With the third and Vets teams also achieving  away wins Steve Pope said following the game 'The whole squad responded extremely well today ... we have a large number established players injured or unavailable. From 1 -18 the guys delivered on what I feel is a performance or level of performance I hope we are striving for as a club every time we take the field.
I'm delighted for the boys today.. and the whole senior squad. .. we need to back up this performance ...on our day we are capable of beating any side in this league. I just have to work out how I get the boys to replicate that level of performance week by week.'
